What to write to us about

Write to us when something on a page is wrong or out of date: a price that has moved, a strength a seller has changed, a regulation that has been updated, or a link that no longer goes where it should. Tell us the page and, if you can, the source that shows the change. We check it at the source before we change anything.

Sellers are welcome to send corrections to their own product facts. We will update a fact when we can read it on the seller's own page; we do not change rankings in exchange for anything.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your own teeth. We are not dentists, and a message is not an examination. If you are unsure whether whitening suits you, ask a dentist; if a tooth hurts, is swollen, or has changed colour on its own, see one.
